PRACTICE AREAS
We help clients assess how changes in public policy, legislation, and regulation shape their sectors and operations. Our evidence-based approach enables organizations to anticipate scenarios, define strategic responses, and evaluate outcomes with clarity and precision.
We combine economic methodologies with sector expertise and a deep understanding of policymaking processes. This allows us to provide a comprehensive view, respond to the needs of diverse stakeholders, and anticipate unintended consequences.
We deliver clear, reliable analysis that enables evidence-based decisions. Our approach integrates economic, social, competitive, and reputational dimensions—helping clients engage effectively with regulators and stakeholders with solid data and a clear, persuasive narrative about the implications of each alternative.
Our work draws on econometric models using real-world data, cost–benefit analyses of policies or investments, data science and big data techniques to identify patterns, profitability studies to explain and compare corporate returns, and efficiency analysis to detect productivity gains and sector best practices.
We advise clients through legislative, judicial, and administrative processes, combining stakeholder mapping and relationship strategies to enhance the impact of legal and public-affairs initiatives.
We identify key actors and interests to design engagement strategies and narratives that strengthen our clients’ legitimacy and positioning across political, technical, media, and social arenas.
We develop rigorous arguments, craft persuasive messages, and anticipate regulatory or media responses. This approach turns institutional engagement into a structured, measurable, and sustainable process—enhancing both short- and long term effectiveness.
Our work integrates economic and communication analysis, political insight, and strategic framing to assess scenarios, simulate outcomes, and reinforce public positioning. We aim to consolidate legitimacy before regulators, the media, and civil society, engage key audiences, and build narrative alliances with influential stakeholders.
We assist companies and professional firms in building their arguments on robust economic and financial evidence, reinforcing their position in litigation, arbitration, and complex negotiation settings.
We provide clear, reliable analysis that supports decision-making and protects client interests in commercial or arbitral disputes—grounded in rigorous reasoning and verifiable evidence.
Our work integrates cost–benefit studies, financial and impact evaluations, and industry and regulatory insights to reinforce legal arguments with comprehensive technical support. This approach increases negotiating leverage, improves outcomes, and enhances credibility before counterparties and tribunals.
We prepare damage quantifications, asset valuations, and expert reports underpinned by verifiable data. Our sectoral and regulatory expertise adds technical depth and interpretive rigor, strengthening the legitimacy of each argument and turning each case into a broader discussion where evidence becomes a persuasive advantage.
We work with clients to develop expert analysis and evidence for competition and regulatory authorities, partnering closely with their internal teams and legal advisors to advance cases with clarity and impact.
We ensure that business strategies meet competition requirements—whether defending a company under investigation or assessing the impact of anticompetitive practices.
We provide assessments on competition guidelines, market definition, entry barriers, market power, dominance and abuse of dominance, and the interaction between regulation and competition.
Our work combines econometric modeling, surveys, scenario analysis, and simulations to model counterfactual prices, define relevant markets, estimate cost and investment impacts, model competitive effects, and design effective remedies.
We align corporate legal and public-affairs functions with executive objectives, integrating them so they trascend traditional roles and act as true strategic partners to the business.
We combine legal expertise, technology, and management experience to drive tangible improvements in legal and public-affairs performance. We promote agile practices and data-driven dashboards that foster a culture of proactive, transparent, and results-oriented management.
We also integrate legaltech and govtech solutions to modernize operations, reduce costs, and strengthen alignment with the business—helping these functions become genuine strategic partners legaltech y govtech para modernizar la operación, reducir costos y mejorar la interacción con el negocio, contribuyendo a que estas áreas se consoliden como verdaderos socios estratégicos.
